Ocoee Horseback Trail Riding

Best customer service, Hands down A friend of mine and I went for the weekend. When we checked in and Tyler helped us. Best customer service I've ever had. Super helpful with places to go eat and drink. Went white water rafting and Ross was our guide. He was a fun time. The second day we went horseback riding and Hannah was our guide. She was great. They let us hang back after the trail and pet the horses for as long as we wanted. I rode Teddy, sweetest horse ever. We went during off season which seems to be a good time to go. Cell service is minimal if you get it at all. Paul grabbed us a grill to throw some steaks on. It is pretty far out so grabbing food to cook and trying not to leave was easier the second night. We went hiking on a trail. Just ask the staff where to hike and they'll help with directions. The staff couldn't be better here. If you're headed to the smokies you need to come here! Such a solid trip. We already decided to come back in 6 months. Hands down best vacation I have ever been on.

Peaceful and enjoyable ride Visited to go both horseback riding and rafting on the Ocoee River. We visited on a Friday for horseback riding and my wife and I were the only customers. It was a peaceful and enjoyable ride through the facility - taking about an hour to make the full ride. Our guide was outstanding, informative and fun to be with. We went rafting on Saturday morning with a group of about 10 others (the earlier morning trips seem to be less crowded as we saw the group going in after we were done and it was pretty huge - like 40 people or so). Going with a smaller group made it more personal and the ride down the river wasn't crowded (like the crowds we saw on the river later in the day). Our guide was great and made the trip exceptionally fun (and safe). Would do this again in a second and would recommend it to anyone with a desire for some adventure.
